Acceptance of terms
By accessing vads.com.ng or using any VADS product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Use of the service
The Lineup Builder is free to use for building and sharing football starting XIs. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
API access
Access to the VADS API is granted through an API key. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential and for all activity that happens through it. Misuse may result in suspension of access.
Intellectual property
The VADS brand, website and Lineup Builder belong to VADS. The football data we serve reflects public information; our compilation and delivery of that data is protected and may not be resold without permission.
No guarantee of accuracy
We work to keep data accurate and up to date but provide it on an "as is" basis. VADS is not liable for losses arising from errors or interruptions in the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
