VADS provides private, independent sports telemetry, match metrics, and predictive insights for Nigerian football leagues. We are a private analytics company and do not claim official affiliation with any sports leagues, clubs, or governing bodies.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All data, text, design, models, visual telemetry interfaces, and custom codebases hosted on the VADS platform are the exclusive property of VADS Sports Analytics.

• Permitted use: Personal viewing, research, and non-commercial analysis.
• Prohibited use: Systematic database scraping, re-publishing data for commercial betting platforms, or using VADS feeds in external applications without express license.

3. Accuracy of Telemetry

While we strive for absolute accuracy in our live and historic data models, all VADS statistics, metrics (including passes, PPDA, form, and possession percentages), and match reports are compiled for informational purposes. VADS makes no warranties regarding complete data consistency or suitability for commercial gambling decisions.

4. System Limitations

You agree not to bypass, disable, or tamper with security-related systems on the VADS site, nor to overload our hosting infrastructure with automated query spikes.

5. Modifications to Terms

VADS reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
